Coaching, Consulting, &

Speaker Services

Our coaching, consulting, and speaker services are considered intangible and personalized for each client. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not applicable. All sessions are conducted with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Digital Courses

Once purchased, our digital courses are non-refundable. These courses are designed to provide valuable insights and knowledge, and we encourage customers to thoroughly review course details before making a purchase.

Printed Book Purchases

For purchases of De'Shera Milan's physical book through Amazon, please refer to Amazon's return and refund policies. We recommend reviewing these policies directly with Amazon customer support.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred with advance notice. Please contact us at least 10 business days before the event to arrange a transfer. Late requests may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Coaching/Consulting Services: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Speaker Services: For event cancellations, we appreciate at least two weeks' notice. For individual speaking engagements, a minimum of 72 hours notice is requested.

  • Events: Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred with advance notice. We require notice at least 10 business days before the event for a transfer.

  • Courses: Online course purchases are final; however, contact us within 24 hours if you experience any issues accessing the content.
